Tasting:- Eyes: when tasting this Brut de France, it surprises with its brilliance and its delicate paleyellow colour. The effervescence is expressed with tactfulness and elegance through very fine bubbles, which ascend continuously in the glass, before they die silently away on the surface of the wine, highlighting nice aromatics in this way.
- Nose: the olfactory perception suggests a high complexity; following nice floral notes of little white flowers, the wine opens itself up with aromas of yellow and white fruits, enhanced by a great freshness eagerly awaited for a sparkling wine.
- Palate: the sensations experienced on the palate are merely an extension of those perceived on the nose, with the typical minerality of sand wines, which provides this incomparable wine with all its charm. The finish leaves a clean mouth without any exuberance, which makes you really want to explore this so improbable vineyard. -
