Tasting

- Eye: This wine is characterized by a beautiful pale yellow color with silver reflections.

- Nose: The delicate and very fine nose expresses notes of white flowers such as jasmine. It reveals a beautiful minerality underlined by fresh citrus fruit notes.

- Palate: A nice attack gives the wine vivacity and fullness on the palate. The latter is generously underlined by notes of white flowers. A slight salinity provides it with an unctuous length, the signature of a great wine from the Sable de Camargue terroir.
Food pairing

Domaine Royal de Jarras Blanc Bio Tête de Cuvée 2022 will be ideally paired with an aperitif, fish, a seafood platter, blue cheese or goat cheese.
