- On the eye: This sparkling wine displays a nice pale yellow colour, which reveals, depending on the illumination, reflections of emerald that underline both its brilliance and its effervescence. The bubbles which are emerging are transformed into genuine little sparkling pearls which reflect the light like a set of prisms.

- On the nose: The delicacy can immediately be perceived and takes you directly to a world of freshness but also of elegance enhanced by pleasant floral notes of linden and orange blossoms. This discreet and sophisticated presence is a true trigger of pleasure and desire, the desire to discover it on the palate, where these sensations reunite in perfect harmony.
