This is a wine made from Grenache grapes. The wine is produced following organic processes and is suitable for vegetarian diets. During the winter months, thousands of sheep are released into the vineyards to graze and help cultivate the land naturally. The grapes are 100% organically grown and harvested at night to ensure maximum freshness and maintain good acidity.
