Short description

The Shiraz Rose' is the free-run juice separated before the main parcel is fermented in 5T stainless steel vessels. The delicate free-run juice is fermented separately before being transferred to older seasoned oak barrels to limit any oak influence on the finished wine. The resulting wine has the freshness and character of Shiraz grapes and is ready for immediate enjoyment.
